After going through the process of renovating our main floor, we can say without an ounce of doubt, that Sam and the team at Millo were by far the best trade we worked with. Their customer service is exceptional. They were proactive, they followed up with us and kept us informed thorough the whole process, and they were responsive. We got several quotes before deciding which kitchen company we were going to proceed with. So we can confidently say Sam and Millo were very fair with their pricing and were willing to work within our budget for our dream kitchen and laundry room. A few months after the complete installation of our kitchen and laundry cabinets, one of the drawers was loose and we emailed Sam on a Sunday evening, by afternoon of the next day, someone was at our place to fix the drawer. The after service we received is an indication of a business that cares for their customers and their reputation. We continue to be extremely impressed with Sam and his team and will definitely use them for our next project. We have already highly recommended them to family and friends.

We hired Millo Kitchens to renovate our kitchen, back hallway and bathroom. Sam was extremely patient and helpful and worked with us more than any other vendor to get the design right. When it came time for the rennovation one of his sub-contractors (A Touch of Class, Home Improvements) managed the tear-down, plumbing and electrical issues wirh aplomb. The fit and finish and quality of the cabinet installation are superb. Issues that arose during the installation were handled professionally and quickly. For less than the cost of a big box store kitchen installation we now have a custom built kitchen that looks like it came out of a designers' magazine. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Highly recommended.
